These terms govern purchases and use of the P1-FL online store. P1-FL is operated by Lyle Williams as a North Carolina sole proprietor. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated below.
Eligibility and Adult-Operated Commerce
Purchases must be made by an adult or by a person legally authorized to enter the transaction. The P1-FL ecommerce service is directed to purchasers and is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Products and Made-to-Order Merchandise
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by device, production method, and product batch. Many products are produced after an order is placed. Product availability, sizes, and specifications may change.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are displayed through checkout before payment is submitted. We may correct pricing or listing errors and, where necessary, cancel or refund an affected order.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not require P1-FL to accept an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including payment problems, fraud concerns, address problems, product or fulfillment unavailability, or material listing errors. If payment has been captured for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
The P1-FL Shipping Policy and 30-Day P1-FL Return & Quality Policy are incorporated into these terms. Please review them before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, P1-FL store content, branding, logos, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, and other creative materials are owned by P1-FL or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, Printful, and shipping carriers. Those providers may have separate terms or privacy practices governing their own services.
Disclaimers and Applicable Law
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, P1-FL is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit obligations arising from P1-FL's own representations, applicable consumer-protection law, or required refunds.
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where permitted, the laws of North Carolina, without depriving consumers of non-waivable protections that apply in their jurisdiction.
