Service Providers and Disclosures
P1-FL uses Shopify to host and operate the ecommerce store and may use payment processors made available through Shopify. P1-FL uses Printful for made-to-order production and fulfillment. Information necessary to complete transactions may also be shared with shipping carriers, analytics and cookie technology providers, email and customer-service systems, fraud-prevention providers, and other vendors that process information for P1-FL.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The store and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand site usage, support analytics, and, where enabled, measure or personalize marketing. Where applicable, privacy and opt-out controls are provided through the store's privacy choices tools.
Children
The P1-FL ecommerce store is adult-operated and is directed to purchasers, not to children under 13. We do not intentionally ask children under 13 to create customer accounts or provide names, email addresses, shipping addresses, birth dates, photographs, contest submissions, or other personal information directly to P1-FL. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. No security method is perfect, but we and our service providers use safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the data.
